You can find the final cut of my video project here. It is about a UW student named Casey Heffernan, who recently served as a translator in Ecuador for a medical team performing free surgeries for children with life threatening conditions.

I just finished up a video story on a friend’s year-long project to successfully climb the Squamish boulder “Easy in an Easy Chair.” It took six trips up to the Canada’s Outdoor Recreation Capital, but he finally sent it!

I covered an arts event on Capitol Hill. Mauricio Ruiz is a stand-up comedian that unites a broad range of artists throughout Seattle with his arts and entertainment troupe “Magical Heroine.”
The content of his shows varies from time-to-time but they usually include stand-up comedy, 2-3 bands/musicians, poetry, tap dancing and paintings or other visual art.
